Comfortable beds, clean facilities, the free breakfast was a great way to start the day with a variety of options.
Limited amenities and outdated decor.

The public areas of the hotel were more than acceptable, with a welcoming atmosphere. I found the couch in the lobby very comfortable while waiting for my reservation to be sorted out.
The check-in experience was quite frustrating due to reservation issues.

The 4th floor was remodeled, providing a clean and updated space that felt welcoming. The made-to-order sandwiches at the bar were a delightful surprise. However, the entrance had noticeable water damage, and there were concerns about the elevator area. Despite the discomfort, the friendly bartender made the atmosphere enjoyable.

The gluten-free options at the Market Cafe were a delight, making my culinary heart race. Plus, the nearby Milagros Restaurant served up some blazing flavors that left me craving more. The bed was comfy enough to sink into bliss after a bomb day exploring Tempe.
But, oh the mattress springs were like a chorus of creaks, and I felt a bit exposed with the loose top door latch. I put my bag in front of the door just to be sure no one was sneaking in!

Nice amenities but needs cleaning
The room had great amenities like air conditioning, alarm clock, private bathroom, and towels. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the outdoor swimming pool was inviting. The hot tub was a nice touch for relaxing after a long day. The atmosphere is decent, but some areas need a bit more cleaning.

The gluten-free options at the Market Cafe were a delight, and Milagros Restaurant dished out some mouthwatering flavors! Plus, the outdoor heated pool felt like a mini paradise, perfect for chilling after a day of culinary adventures.
Beware of their ‘shuttle’ service—it's an Uber between 6pm-10pm only! The ice machine was on strike too, and with no maid service on Day 2, clean towels were a no-show. Overall, not what the price tag promised.

Overall, the hotel has potential with a nice location near the airport and friendly staff, including a shuttle driver who was quite helpful. However, the outdated condition and some issues with the room, like needing repairs, left a lot to be desired.

missingWrote a review on Jul 12clean roomwelcoming lobbynice pool areahousekeeping issuesmaintenance neglectpoor communication
The location near plenty of restaurants made it easy to explore the area. The lobby felt welcoming and clean. I appreciated the ample parking too. However, the room needed better housekeeping. the bathroom surfaces didn't look wiped down and the toilet handle was broken. After notifying the front desk, I received a room change, but the initial hassle was frustrating. The second room was clean and quiet, making my stay more comfortable. The pool area looked nice though it needed some upkeep. Overall, potential shines here, but management needs to address the cleanliness and maintenance issues.
